If you put electronics on the market, it applies
The E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 obligate every producer, importer, and brand owner — there is no small-company exemption, and importers can’t clear customs without it.

Compliance you can hold in your hand
Not advice, not a portal login and best wishes — signed certificates, filed returns, and an evidence trail that survives an audit.
Credits from registered recyclers
Every credit traces to a CPCB-registered recycler with verifiable processing records — not paper from a portal nobody can audit.
Filings done for you
Registration, quarterly returns, annual returns, and target reconciliation — filed by our compliance team, reviewed before every deadline.
Transparent credit pricing
Market-rate pricing with itemised invoices. You see what a credit costs and where it came from — no bundled 'compliance fees'.
Audit-proof evidence trail
Certificates, weighbridge slips, and recycler records archived per filing. When CPCB or an auditor asks, the answer is one export away.
The questions every PIBO asks first
Every producer, importer, and brand owner (PIBO) placing electrical or electronic equipment on the Indian market must register on the CPCB EPR portal under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 — regardless of company size. Importers need registration before consignments clear customs.
Unmet obligations attract environmental compensation charges levied by CPCB, and continued non-compliance can block imports and invite prosecution under the Environment (Protection) Act. Deficits also carry forward — the obligation doesn't disappear, it compounds.
An EPR credit certifies that one kilogram of e-waste was processed by a CPCB-registered recycler. Credits fulfil your recycling target when assigned against your registration. Ours are generated by registered recyclers in the Proaucs network, with processing records to back every kilogram.
With documents in order, most clients are registered in two to four weeks. We compile the paperwork, file the application, and handle CPCB queries end to end — your team's involvement is a document checklist and a signature.
Yes. Filing doesn't end at registration — quarterly and annual returns are part of the mandate. We file them on schedule and maintain the full evidence trail, so an audit is an export, not an emergency.
